Customer Service Representatives
Owl Pest Prevention Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns related to pest control services and products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about pest control services and products.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues, billing questions, and other concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Work closely with technicians and sales representatives to ensure customer needs are met.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience in pest control or related industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Commercial Sales Representatives
Commercial Pest Control Sales Representatives are responsible for selling pest control services and products to businesses, commercial properties, and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying potential customers and develop leads through cold calling, Telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide customized pest control solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products.
- Work with other team members to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or pest control industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-territory management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Field Service Technicians – Experienced or New Trainees
Commercial Pest Control Technicians are responsible for ensuring that commercial and industrial properties are free from pests and other invasive species that may cause harm to humans or damage property.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct inspections of commercial and industrial facilities to identify pest problems and potential entry points.
- Determine the type of pests present and develop a plan of action to eradicate them.
- Use pesticides, traps, and other methods to control and eliminate pests.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and control measures.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and report on pest activity and treatment effectiveness.
- Work with other technicians and staff to develop and implement pest management strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of pest control products and techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
